Due to the sensitive nature of our products (dietary supplements and consumables), strict health and safety regulations apply.

Once a product has left our custody, we cannot guarantee that it has been stored under appropriate conditions. Exposure to improper storage environments, including high temperatures, may compromise product quality and safety.

Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once delivered.

The only exception to this policy applies in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, you must contact us immediately and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue in order to arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
